About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team and help manage, develop, and support our growing workforce. You’ll play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding
  • Support day-to-day HR operations including leave management, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and help foster a positive workplace culture
  • Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR or people operations role
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems is a plus
